The complete edition, titled Necrophosis: Full Consciousness, bundles the base game with the Subconsciousness expansion. Developed by Ares Dragonis and published by PQube, Necrophosis was revealed as part of IGN Fan Fest. The physical PlayStation 5 edition includes The Shore, another Dragonis Games release inspired by Lovecraftian mythology, set on a forbidden island where a father searches for his lost daughter while confronting nightmarish entities.
