Super Shadow Break: Showdown! NINJA VS The Three KAIJUs is a block-breaking ninja action game that fuses classic brick-breaking mechanics with 2D combat. Ancient KAIJU souls have escaped from sealed urns hidden within forbidden ruins, and two ninjas, Tadashi and Kiyoshi, set out to defeat the three resurrected monsters. Standing in their path is an army of ninjas commanded by the evil ninja Yamada.
The core gameplay has you controlling a ball to shatter blocks while simultaneously battling enemies across the screen. Ninjutsu power accumulates as you play, unleashing devastating techniques that can clear blocks in a single strike or deal massive damage to foes. Shurikens and bombs provide tactical advantages when the ninja army presses its assault. Each chapter builds toward a giant KAIJU boss encounter, where the format shifts entirely. These confrontations become shoot 'em up battles, with you and the boss trading Ninjutsu projectiles back and forth. Enemy ninjas attack using unconventional techniques themed around Sushi and Ukiyoe, while the KAIJUs themselves rampage with overwhelming force.
More than forty stages span Normal difficulty for newcomers and Hard difficulty for veterans. The game builds upon Shadow Break, released in 2012, reconstructing it as an entirely new experience with expanded features. Clear every stage and something awaits beyond the final KAIJU.
